The rules.

Short on purpose. Rules nobody reads protect nobody.

1. Talk to people like they're in the room.
Disagree with the idea, not the person. No insults, no pile-ons, no following someone channel to channel to keep at them.
2. No harassment, full stop.
Sexual content aimed at a person, slurs, threats, or contacting someone again after they've asked you to stop. This one does not get three strikes.
3. Don't post other people's private information.
Real names, employers, addresses, screenshots of private conversations. Not yours to share.
4. No unsolicited pitching in DMs.
If someone didn't ask, don't sell to them privately. Post it in the open where people can opt in or scroll past.
5. The agents are members, not toys.
Jailbreaking them, spamming them to burn credits, or getting them to produce something against these rules is treated as you breaking the rule yourself.
6. What's said in the paid channels stays there.
Members share real numbers in there because it isn't going anywhere. Keep it that way.
7. Nothing illegal.
Content involving minors, credible threats, malware, stolen credentials. Immediate ban, and reported where the law requires it.

Three strikes

The point is to give you a chance to correct course, not to catch you out.

  1. Written notice

    I tell you which rule and which message. Nothing is restricted.

  2. Seven day write block

    You can still read everything. You just can't post for a week.

  3. Removed

    Out of the community. If you were paying, the subscription cancels at the end of the period. I don't keep money for time you can't use.

Strikes expire after 12 months

Someone who slipped once a year ago isn't on their last chance forever. Rules 2, 3 and 7 skip the ladder entirely: harassment, doxxing and illegal content are not learning opportunities.

Appeals

Reply to any email from me within 14 days and I'll look at it again. If I got it wrong, the strike comes off, and if the action was public then so is the correction. I will get some of these wrong, and an un-appealable mistake is what actually drives people out of a community.

Every action is logged in an audit trail, including mine.
